Job description

Giant Steps manages different activities in the F&B and entertainment industry all over the world. We are looking for a French or English - Portuguese speaker to support the back office and administrative aspects of our different activities.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, helping to organise and streamline financial and operational processes while supporting the team in various tasks.

Your missions:

  • Follow-up and payment of invoices (clients and suppliers)
  • Organisation of invoices and administrative documents
  • Administrative support for the team
  • Participation in events produced
  • Organise and issue customer and supplier invoices
  • Payments, follow-up, and reminders
  • Organise the back office
  • Set up processes with the team to improve admin follow-up
  • Act as the link between teams and accountants

  • Autonomous and proactive
  • French or English / Portuguese speaker

Conditions

  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Location: position based in our offices in Lisbon
  • Remote work: possible a few days a week
