We partner with ambitious and creative event promoters who seek to refine their strategic & digital vision through marketing and sales strategies, or/and require operational support before, during, and after their events and projects.
Job description
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the CEO’s right-hand person, involved in a wide range of strategic and operational matters. This role offers a comprehensive view of the company and requires strong adaptability to keep up with the fast-paced entertainment industry.
You will be engaged in all cross-functional projects at Giant Steps, playing a key role in coordination, organisation, and process optimisation. You will also support decision-making by ensuring rigorous follow-ups and providing analysis of various challenges encountered.
Your missions:
- Daily management of the CEO: scheduling, priority handling, task follow-up
- Coordination of strategic projects: tracking deadlines, liaising with different teams and partners
- Internal & external communication: drafting emails, preparing documents, reporting
- Administrative and organisational support: document management, data monitoring and analysis
- Participation in strategic decision-making: gathering and summarising information to facilitate decision-making
Ideal Candidate
- Dynamic, resourceful, autonomous, curious, and well-organised
- Proficient in both English and French
- Strong skills in Excel, along with knowledge of tools like Canva and Google Suite
- Interest in music and festivals
- Interest in technology
- Team spirit
We are looking for a MOTIVATED and PASSIONATE individual eager to learn more about the festival industry and develop their skills in this field!
Additionally, we offer the opportunity for an international experience, based in our offices in the heart of Lisbon and Costa Da Caparica—right by the ocean!
Conditions
- Start date: 1st April 2025, for a minimum of 6 months
- Location: Position based in our offices in Lisbon
- Remote work: 1 day per week
- Weekend availability: Possibility to work some weekends (to attend events)
- Strong writing and video editing skills required
- Fluent level of French and English
